Food brands—including fast-casual restaurants, food manufacturers, and food retailers—are under considerable pressure to ensure the quality, safety, and freshness of products served to consumers to ensure loyalty, safety, and satisfaction.
When it comes to the temperature-controlled supply chain, siloed processes and data are preventing brands from sufficiently identifying and mitigating risks that can impact public health and diminish public trust.
As supply chain demand and complexity continue to grow in the New Era of Smarter Food Safety, how should food businesses approach technology to gain a competitive advantage and proactively protect their brand?
