Paula Pulsoni, VP Sales and Service at World Courier Based in Madrid, Paula Pulsoni is responsible for driving sustained growth and service development by leading the Personalized Supply Chain, Commercial Supply Chain, Clinical Supply Solutions, and Lab Logistics service lines, network wide. She holds a Pharmacy degree from the University of Buenos Aires and MBA from the University of Warwick. Paula began her career at World Courier more than 17 years ago as a depot pharmacist, later moving into regional and then global roles. Passionate about sustainability and continuous improvement when it comes to business, professional, and personal development, she has a Master’s in Circular Economy.
Hristo Petkov, SVP Partnerships at Controlant At Controlant, Hristo Petkov helps solve complex pharmaceutical logistics challenges for the logistics sector, namely logistics and special logistics companies, packaging and wholesalers. He joined Controlant in 2022, having previously led engagement with large pharma customers at A.P. Moller-Maersk where he initiated and built the Pharma vertical, among other roles. Hristo advocates improving product visibility and integrating logistics eco-systems as a means to drive innovation and improve supply chains. He is passionate about contributing to the ongoing optimization of healthcare supply chains and, in turn, the betterment of health overall.

Gísli Herjólfsson co-founded Controlant and has driven the company's strategy and growth for the last 17 years. He has a Master's in Electrical Engineering from the University of Iceland.
Trine Kragelund has a rich background in Global Key Account Management, Sales, Consulting, and Digital Transformation, primarily in the technology sector with firms like Microsoft, Oracle, and ServiceNow. As an Equity Partner in Technology Consulting at EY, she led the Tech Transformation team. Her work focuses on digital transformation, C-level advisory, and tech sustainability, driving value for global enterprise customers and advancing internal collaboration.
Carsten Lützhøft has extensive experience of Process Digitalization in the global manufacturing and supply chain sectors. He also serves as board member and advisory board chairman in scale-up companies within the aviation and health tech industries.
Hristo Petkov joined Controlant in 2022. He initiated and built the pharma vertical at A.P. Moller-Maersk from scratch, leading engagement with large pharma customers and working in other roles related to cold chain and trade lanes.
Brad DeHart joined Controlant with a background in global procurement and supply chain transformation across various industries. With over a decade in managed service and strategic sourcing experience, he has worked for Wyeth and other large global companies.
Peter's focus is on enabling the pharma industry to achieve a zero-waste, end-to-end supply chain with the Controlant Aurora Platform, validated re-usable loggers and innovative services, creating value by integrating real-time IoT, visibility, and quality with intelligent automation. He is IMD certified in the “Leading Digital Business Transformation Program".
Brett Finkelstein has been with Controlant as VP of Sales since 2016, focused on helping our pharmaceutical industry partners digitalize and transform their supply chain and processes.
Rachel joined Controlant four years ago, bringing a variety of experience within business development, sales and customer success from SaaS and IoT industries. Managing one of our key pharma customers, she is committed to ensuring that they realise the value of the Controlant proposition and helping them work towards a zero-waste supply chain.
